Terms of Service — BON: Block of Neon

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Reino Studios regarding your use of BON — Block of Neon ("BON", the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to use online features under the law of your country. If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Licence to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, Reino Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) cheat, use unauthorised software, bots, or modifications; (b) tamper with, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game, except where this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) disrupt, overload, or attack the Game or its infrastructure; (d) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or (e) submit a display name or content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or impersonating. We may remove invalid or cheated scores, reset data, suspend, or terminate access proportionate to the breach.

5. User content (display names and similar)

If you provide a display name or other content, you grant Reino Studios a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate features such as leaderboards. You are responsible for what you submit and must hold the necessary rights to it.

6. Purchases, virtual items, and advertising

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases and display advertising. If offered: (a) purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment processor; (b) virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value and are licensed, not sold, to you; (c) statutory withdrawal/refund rights under EU and Spanish consumer law apply where mandatory; and (d) advertising is delivered as described in the Privacy Policy, with consent where required.

7. Charitable commitment

Reino Studios intends to dedicate a portion of the proceeds from BON to charitable causes, reflecting the values behind this project. The specific share, recipients, and timing are determined by Reino Studios at its discretion and may change over time. This statement reflects our genuine intention and is provided transparently; it does not create a contractual, fiduciary, or legally enforceable obligation, and is not an offer or solicitation of donations.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, design, neon visual system, artwork, audio, names, and logos, is owned by Reino Studios or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence in Section 3, nothing transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Availability and changes to the Game

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption. Some features depend on your device, operating system, store, or internet connection.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reino Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (in particular Section 4), with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are happy to resolve any issue informally first — contact reinostudioses@gmail.com.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at https://reinostudios.com/bon/terms.
